Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your yoursitechat subscription at any time. To cancel, simply log into your account, navigate to your subscription settings, and click "Cancel Subscription". Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with yoursitechat within 30 days of your initial purchase, we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked.

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• The 30-day period starts from the date of purchase
• Renewal charges are not refundable after 30 days
