YourSiteChat provides AI-powered chatbot services for businesses. You may use our services only as permitted by law and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YourSiteChat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection laws. You retain ownership of your data at all times.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
YourSiteChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
